 6 Function:  displays a resource type description table (RTDT).

 9 Arguments:
10 typei
11    is the name of a resource type whose RTDT entry is to be displayed.
12    If type is not given, all RTDT entries are printed.

16 -no_header, -nhe
17    does not print the RTDT header comment.
18 -pathname path, -pn path
19    displays the contents of the RTDT specified by path.  If this
20    control argument is not specified, the RTDT residing in
21    >system_control_1 is displayed.
